Welcome to Rishtapakistan, the only free Pakistani Matrimonial Proposals Service Provider on internet. In order to use RishtaPakistan.pk Website and service, you must register as a member and agree to these terms and condition agreement and follow the instructions on the registration page. This agreement binds you legally to the terms which may be modified from time to time.

Eligibility

These terms of use is a legal binding between you and RishtaPakistan.pk regarding your use of the website and any services offered. By using this site or service or by clicking "I agree to these terms", you agree to be bound by these Terms. You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and are capable of adhering to these terms and that you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you are under 18 years of age, you cannot create profile on the website.

Terms

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect as long as you are a registered member of this website. You can terminate your membership at any time and for any reason RishtaPakistan.pk reserves the right to terminate your membership without giving you any notice and reserves ther right to ban you from using the website further.

Commercial Use Prohibited

The website provides services, free of charge and limited for the personal use only. If you are associated with a marriage bureau or have monitory interests, RishtaPakistan.pk reserves the right to cancel your registration and can take appropriate legal action.

Other Terms of Use by Members

• Engage in any advertising, solicitation, buying and selling of any products or services through RishtaPakistan.pk website.
• You will not send any Spam / Junk emails to other members.
• You will not harass, abuse or harm another member for any reason.
• You will not be rude, judgmental or pass personal comments to other members.
• RishtaPakistan.pk reserves the right to monitor the conduct of members and can cancel your membership at anytime based on your behavior.

Member Disputes

As RishtaPakistan.pk is acting only as a facilitator and provide you a platform where you can connect other members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other RishtaPakistan.pk Members. RishtaPakistan.pk has no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other members.

Content Posted on RishtaPakistan.pk

• RishtaPakistan.pk may delete any content, photos, messages or profiles that violate the Terms and conditions.
• RishtaPakistan.pk will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision.
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display on your profile at RishtaPakistan.pk.
• By posting Content to any public area of RishtaPakistan.pk, you automatically grant the right to the site and its members, an irreversible, worldwide license to use,  copy, display and distribute this information and content.

It includes Content that:

• is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
• involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
• promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
• promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
• displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
• provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy or providing or creating computer viruses;
• solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
• engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes.
• You agree that You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Site, that :
• belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to;
• is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
• harm minors in any way;
• infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
• violates any law for the time being in force;
• deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
• impersonate another person
• contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation
• Any Content and/ or comment/information uploaded by User/You on the Site which is non-compliant with The Information Technology Act, 2000, Rules and regulations, guidelines made there under, user agreement and privacy policy, as amended/re-enacted from time to time, for access or usage of Company�s Services/Site/computer resource, the Company has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage rights of the User to the said Services and Site and remove/disable all information including the non-compliant information. Furthermore, the Company shall have the right to take recourse to such remedies as would be available to the Company under the applicable laws.
• You must use RishtaPakistan.pk Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• YYou may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's and email addresses.

Copyright & Privacy Policy

• You may not post, distribute or reproduce any copyrighted material or trademarks without obtaining prior consent of RishtaPakistan.pk.
• RishtaPakistan.pk respects the privacy of its members.
• RishtaPakistan.pk is committed to the protection of its members.
• All information/content of registered members of RishtaPakistan.pk, is considered confidential and shall not be shared with any other member/User, except as per the Terms of Use.

Proprietary Rights in Content on RishtaPakistan.pk

Except for the information, which is posted by the Member, RishtaPakistan.pk owns and retains the proprietary rights in the Site and the Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents and other proprietary information of RishtaPakistan.pk and its licensors whether registered or not. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any such proprietary information.

Disclaimers

RishtaPakistan.pk is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with its Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized neither in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the RishtaPakistan.pk Service whether online or offline. The Site assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of, User and/or Member communications. The Site is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the RishtaPakistan.pk Site and/or in connection with the RishtaPakistan.pk Service. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by members shall not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by the Site. RishtaPakistan.pk shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to the use of the Site. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and RishtaPakistan.pk expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Site cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the RishtaPakistan.pk Service.

Limitation on Liability

Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will RishtaPakistan.pk be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the RishtaPakistan.pk Service, even if RishtaPakistan.pk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, RishtaPakistan.pk, liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to RishtaPakistan.pk, for the Service during the term of membership.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RishtaPakistan.pk, its affiliates, officers, agents and other employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including any attorney's fees, made by any third party due to violation of this Agreement or arising from a breach of these Terms of use and or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

By becoming a Member of the RishtaPakistan.pk service, you agree to receive certain emails, sms or calls for feedback or promotional offers. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in force.

Even after this Agreement is terminated, these provisions will remain in effect.
